WELL-BEING

This course contains exercises for humanitarian staff, volunteers and recipients of mental health and
psychosocial support services. They can be used for self-care and peer support, with work teams,
groups of all ages and individuals based on the actual needs.
Regular use of the exercises will help to de-stress and boost resilience.
Humanitarians and people in the helping professions need to take care of themselves in order not
to burn out and to be effective in their work.
The IFRC Psychosocial Centre publishes a new well-being exercise every week on our social media
channels. Find more exercises including self-care exercise videos on pscentre.org.
